Frequently asked questions

Before you get started

How much does an automation project cost?

The assessment starts at $1,500. After that, well-defined automations are billed at a fixed price, and complex or evolving projects on a time-and-materials or milestone basis. The assessment gives you an investment estimate for each process before any commitment.

How long before we see results?

A first simple workflow can be delivered in 1 to 3 weeks. An automation connecting several systems usually takes 4 to 8 weeks. A complex AI agent with governance and integrations takes longer. These are indicative timelines, refined after the assessment.

Do we need to replace our current systems?

No. Automations connect to your existing applications through APIs where possible, and through robotic automation for applications that don't have one.

What happens when an automation breaks?

An optional support contract covers run monitoring, incident resolution, adjustments when your applications change and performance tracking. It is priced per company, not per robot, based on the number of processes, their criticality and the volumes handled.

Is our data protected when AI processes it?

Every automation is designed with least-privilege access, human review for sensitive decisions and action logging. Hosting and AI services are chosen with your obligations in mind, including Quebec's Law 25.

Which technologies do you work with?

Mainly the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Copilot Studio), the Azure and AWS cloud platforms, APIs and process orchestration, generative AI and document processing. The final choice depends on your environment.
