The context
A bank advisor meets several clients a day. Conversations cover their financial needs, plans, existing products and next steps.
After the meetings, the advisor must go back over notes, write summaries, spot business opportunities, document suitability information, create follow-up tasks and update several systems.
This can take 20 to 30 minutes per meeting. For a team of 50 advisors, that adds up to thousands of administrative hours every year.
The solution
An AI agent available in Microsoft Teams that retrieves authorized meeting transcripts, analyzes the conversation and automatically prepares:
- structured meeting summaries;
- decisions, commitments and next actions;
- potential business opportunities;
- information relevant to suitability documentation.
The advisor then reviews the results. Approved information is saved in Dataverse and made available to analytics systems, including Snowflake.
